current weight: sixty kilograms, with the addition of four kilograms in last two weeks, due to excessive wholesome organic foods (of which "organic sugar" may well be a part), pizza, chocolate, sugared coffee, cake, ice cream. these are not the foods I regularly indulge in, however do generally enjoy being more curvaceous around winter-time, this stops at about fifty-seven kilograms.
planned weight: fifty-three kilograms; via, fibrous vegetables, fruit, protein & one to two hours of exercise daily. need to use moisturisers to stop marks appearing from what is likely to be a fast loss of body mass.
